Hewlett Packard Enterprise technical resources work with your IT team to help you resolve hardware and software problems with HPE and selected third-party products. For hardware products covered by HPE Foundation Care, the service includes remote diagnosis and support, as well as onsite hardware repair if it is required to resolve an issue. For eligible HPE hardware products, this service may also include Basic Software Support and Collaborative Call Management for selected non-HPE software. Contact HPE for more information and determination regarding which eligible software products may be included as part of your hardware product coverage. For software products covered by HPE Foundation Care, HPE provides remote technical support and access to software updates and patches. HPE releases updates to software and reference manuals as soon as they are made available for selected HPE-supported software products for each system, processor, processor core, and end user, as allowed by HPE or the original manufacturer software license. Updates for selected HPE-supported third-party software products are included as they are made available from the original software manufacturer. In addition, HPE Foundation Care provides electronic access to related product and support information, enabling any member of your IT staff to locate this commercially available essential information. For third-party products, access is subject to availability of information from the original manufacturer.
HPE Installation Service provides for the basic installation of Hewlett Packard Enterprise branded equipment, software products, as well as HPE-supported products from other vendors that are sold by HPE or by HPE authorized resellers. The Installation Service is part of a suite of HPE deployment services that are designed to give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing your HPE and HPE-supported products have been installed by a Hewlett Packard Enterprise specialist in accordance with the manufacturerâs product documentation.
HPE MyRoom Visual Remote Guidance (VRG) is a renewable, software-as-a-service subscription service that is designed to be device agnostic and runs on supported wearable and/or mobile devices. It delivers an enterprise-ready collaboration solution with built-in security
features that can help boost productivity, increase efficiency, and decrease costs by using live visually guided, interactive sessions with extended teams. Remote users can activate visual guidance sessions through supported mobile apps or simple voice commands to supported wearable devices, can live-share complete images, video, audio, and data with extended teams, and can record the sessions. This is unlike traditional field experiences that may require significant travel and cost to deliver required services, such as when SMEs must travel to a site for training purposes, or to resolve IT or other operational matters.
